Psychological Support and Counseling

Healing - Clarity - New inner Order

Some phases in life call for slowing down. When inner turmoil, exhaustion, old wounds, or recurring patterns dominate everyday life, you need a safe space—a place where time is irrelevant and you space is available for you to reflect.

Through psychological counseling, I support you in understanding inner processes, classifying experiences, and finding new orientation. Not with quick fixes, but with depth, clarity, and respect for your history.

Time for what wants to work within you

Healing does not follow a fixed schedule.
It unfolds where space is created—for perception, understanding, and reorganization.

My work is trauma-sensitive, scientifically based, and holistically oriented. It combines psychological and neuropsychological insights with an attitude of mindfulness, dignity, and inner clarity. If you wish, your faith can also be part of this process.

How I support you

Psychological support can be helpful for:

  • feelings of inner emptiness, questions of meaning, or a sense of disorientation

  • depression, exhaustion, or burnout

  • anxiety, inner restlessness, or feeling overwhelmed

  • challenging life events or transitional phases

  • processing traumatic or overwhelming experiences

  • recurring relationship patterns

  • a desire for inner order, self-connection, and clarity

You don’t need to be able to clearly define your concern — it often reveals itself through the shared process.

My Approach

I work in a process-oriented and relationship-based way.
This means that we don’t focus only on symptoms, but on underlying connections, formative experiences, and inner dynamics — always at your pace and with respect for your boundaries.

The goal is not self-optimization, but inner coherence.
Clarity instead of inner fragmentation.
Stability where uncertainty once dominated.

For those with complex or deeply rooted experiences of trauma, I offer additional specialized trauma recovery programs.

A safe Space

My work is for people seeking professional, grounded, and compassionate support — regardless of background, life history, or belief system.

If you are Christian and wish to consciously integrate your faith into the process, there is space for that. If not, the work remains equally attentive, open, and respectful.

The first Step

Sometimes change begins by taking time.
Time for yourself. For what has been. And for what is ready to emerge.
